"We stayed at the Americano and was told that the restaurant was very good, so we decided to try it out. Wow, it was amazing. We were told to try the shrimp quesadilla, we did and it was so so good. We also tried the nachos and the carne asada taco. They all were amazing. We were told we got 10% off since we stayed at the hotel, however the staff forgot to give us the discount, so we asked if we could have a churro instead of the money, they gave us 2 instead of making us share. Excellent service, excellent food. We took the food back up to our room and ate it there."

"Wow! Fantastic Mexican Seafood! My wife had this truck come up on her FB feed. We thought, “Wow. We’ll have to try it.” Thing is, he is usually at the Chevron on Fort Valley Road. That’s on the other side of town for us. Then, I went into town to run a few errands on Saturday. On the way back I swung into Silver Saddle Center to top off my tank, only to find Baja Mar right in front of me!! So, I had a quick chat with the owner and soon came back with my wife. My wife got that shrimp taco. I got one of the fish tacos and the ceviche Baja Mar with shrimp and octopus. This is not small food. My wife could barely polish off her shrimp taco. The fish taco might be the best fish taco in Flag. (…and we have some contenders.) But, the ceviche is THE best I’ve found in town! Hands down! So nice to know I have a new place in town for great seafood and really fresh octopus. Give this truck a try! It is well worth it!"
